this is what I am using and this is easy to configure.

This is free - no registration. no licence. no fee.
This is a freeware owned and developed by Mr. Phillips...
but I guess he no longer updates this Editor..but this is indeed very helpful.
I use this with TASM.
Just read instructions from his website.. or I'll write about its configuration and use next week...
